How much time do you want to build it?
Both paths follow the same twelve modules. The difference is pace: focused momentum over a quarter, or a full year to put each step into practice.

I'd thoroughly recommend this programme and thank Elena for making it available. The programme design is thorough and logical and covers all the main areas. The content is very good, thought-provoking and also at a manageable level timewise, more or less an hour a week. The participants are all experienced professionals in a range of areas and it's an appropriate level. Each week I get some useful, implementable ideas. I also really get a lot out of the weekly sessions with Elena. She answers all our questions really well and has a great balance of encouraging us, reassuring us and pushing us a bit. It's needed. Common questions about Grow your VIBE™ - The coaching business programme
Straight answers to what coaches ask most before they join.
Do I need to be a fully qualified coach?
No. The programme suits coaches who are still training, newly qualified, or have practised for years but still find their income unpredictable.
How much time will it take?
It depends on the path you choose. On the 12-week levels (SPARK, GLOW and SHINE), most coaches spend 2–4 hours a week. RADIATE covers one module a month, so you have more time to put each step into practice before the next. The modules are short and focused, so consistency matters more than intensity. In the end it comes down to your priorities: the more you put in, the more you get out.
What's the difference between SPARK and the other levels?
SPARK is self-paced: each week a new set of resources opens and you work through it on your own. GLOW, SHINE and RADIATE are cohorts with live group sessions, and SHINE and RADIATE add 1:1 Strategy Sessions.
What's the difference between self-learning and guided learning?
The content opens gradually, with a new set of resources each week (each month on RADIATE). On SPARK you work through the videos, workbooks, templates and other materials at your own pace. On GLOW, SHINE and RADIATE we also meet live to discuss the content, share knowledge, work through challenges and answer questions.
How is this different from my coaching training?
Coach training teaches you to coach. This is a business, strategy, marketing and sales programme that teaches you to run a scalable coaching business. It is not a coaching qualification.
Do I need to know my niche or my offer already?
No. Finding and validating your niche and your ideal client is part of the programme.
I've never run a business. Is this right for me?
Yes. The programme starts with foundations, your values, your audience and your offer, so no business knowledge is assumed.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, on every level. SPARK starts from 3 × £700. If you need more flexibility, book a conversation and we'll look at the options.
