About your host, Elena Bostan
I'm a Coaching Business Architect and the founder of Grow your VIBE™, where I help coaches, executive coaches and consultants build visible, sustainable and commercially successful businesses.
As a Chartered Marketer (MCIM) with an MBA from Henley Business School, an MSc in Strategic Marketing and more than 25 years of commercial and marketing leadership experience, I bring a perspective that is rare in the coaching industry: brand strategies for multinational organisations, customer journeys for engineering firms, sales programmes for global automotive brands.
In 2020 I founded Grow your VIBE™ with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between becoming a coach and building a successful coaching business. Coaching expertise alone doesn't build a coaching business. The business of coaching is a discipline in its own right, and coaches deserve practical, commercially grounded guidance to help them succeed.
